Great economic growth throughout Africa in the past decade has turned its larger cities into thriving tourists destinations. Arusha is a prime example of this being that it is one of the main landing points for tourists visiting the Serengeti and Mount Kilimanjaro. This project will become a hub and melting pot for tourists to interact with Arushans. It will contain a restaurant that will routinely host visiting chefs, giving them the opportunity to blend their dishes with local cuisines. Medium-term rentals will also be provided for visiting artists, students and tourists. Furthermore, it will house a safari company and function as a launching point for guided hikes up Mt. Meru. This unique programmatic blend will ultimately be used to stimulate the local economy, making it a catalyst for community growth.
